The last round saw the decisive game between Antoaneta Stefanova vs Hou Yifan, with Stefanova trailing behind Hou by half a point.
Stefanova chose to play the english opening which Hou equalised in 20 moves and gave no chance of any advantage till peace was signed.
Hou is now trained by two coaches GM Ye Jiangchuan and GM Yu Shaoteng.

India’s hope Koneru Humpy drew her last round game with Xu yuhua to tally 6.5points and tied for the third place along with Kosintseva Tatiana of Russia and Zhao Xue of China.

j) Four Female players from where no District Chess Association exists.
k) The host is entitled to field two additional entries.
l) In the event of an odd entry, the host is entitled to add one more to make the total number
even.
m) In addition to above the following Districts can field additional entries by virtue of top

A copy of the entry must be sent to TNSCA.

Note: While sending the Entries District Chess Associations should certify that their players
have been selected from the selection / District Chess Championship. If such a certificate is
not sent all their entries will be treated as donor entries.

Last Date: Last date for receiving entries: 23.04.2010. A late fee of Rs.200/- will be collected after
23rd April 2010 to 29th April 2010. No entry will be permitted after 29th April 2010.
